A Daily Dose

Haven't you noticed that laughter is the safest and healthiest medicine that you can take on a daily bases and NEVER overdose on it, either?

Proverbs 17:22 (HCSB) - A joyful heart is good medicine, but a broken spirit dries up the bones.

Obviously, we as a society undergo a variety of incidents that can create all kinds of moods and aftereffects. Instead of you brooding over all the unpleasant stuff that has gone on in your life, why don't you join me in focusing  your attention on the time to laugh portion of the following bible verse  ...

Ecclesiastes 3:4 (NLV) - There is a time to cry, and a time to laugh; a time to have sorrow, and a time to dance.

I just have to laugh (#Hehehe), because everyone in our home is sitting in front of a desk top or laptop computer. Occasionally, we look around, share a tasty snack and chat with one and other about what we're watching or reading. Besides, messaging each other on Facebook (stop laughing), my hubby and our 4 sons get up out of their seats and joke around (in a playful manner) with whoever said something unexpected. As for me, I'm just an elated spectator, sitting on the sidelines, while I share a smile with all of them  ... #LOL,

In spite of it all, we're a loving and close knit family that has different interests and if you don't believe me, then message one of us and you'll see how we'll "ALL" reply at the same time ... #4ReaL,

Tea

Good morning everyone and lets chat about a beverage that contents ingredients that calms those rattled  nerves, cleanses the digestive system, cleans the urinary track and warms you up, too ... Yes, I'm going to be totally honest, if  your not a regular tea drinker, then it will leave a strange taste in your mouth. Nonetheless, theirs a saying that goes like this - "The best medicines always taste bad" ...

The consumption of tea is legendary originated in China and dated back to more than 4,000 years ago, making it the oldest herbal known to man ... On that note, instead of putting unknown chemicals into your body and that cost more than what your pocket can handle, because perhaps  you've been influenced by a sibling, friend or  television commercial and you didn't take the time to do your own research on the product, then the aftermath will affect you for the rest of your life  ...

A Closing Argument:

Proverbs 1:5 (NLT) - Let the wise listen to these proverbs and become even wiser. Let those with understanding receive guidance,

When you have some free time, why don't you delight yourself with a cup of warm tea? You'll be glad you did ...

Food should be fun, relaxing and another way to bond with someone you love, too ...
